We're excited to invite you to this year's Harvest Festival! There's no entry charge to the festival with a variety of free workshops and experiences for all ages. 

The Street
Join us as Macpherson Street closes for the Harvest Festival! Gates open at noon on Saturday 6th of October with food, drinks and music abounding. There will be a vintage tractors and car display, youth activities, animal petting zoo, bouncy castle, crafts and CoderDojo. There will be displays from Carnamah District High-school, WA Primary Health Alliance and Headspace plus the town's Art Gallery, Museum and The Exchange will be open from noon till dusk. Enjoy roving entertainment plus a range of activities. Entry is free to The Street.

The Markets 
Homemade preserves, lovingly made arts, crafts and jewellery, home-wares, books, artworks, antiques and vintage/retro clothing. ‘The Markets’ will be open between noon and 4pm on Macpherson Street. Click here for info on holding a stall.

Paddock to Plate - Long Table Harvest Lunch 
Sit back, relax and enjoy the sounds of live opera and performers as you are treated to the finest selection of locally sourced North Midlands produce. You will be guided through the menu learning about the produce and preparation of the meal featuring Saltbush Fed Lamb of Darling Creek Lamb, Flat bread made with Irwin Valley Lupin Flour and Acacia seed; Farmed fish from Leigh Grange Fisheries of Morawa; Beef of Tara Beef Allanooka/Irwin, goats cheese, honey, chic peas and seasonal fruits all served on sharing platters. Click here to book tickets.

10863 Local Bushranger Frank Thomas - New Works 
Come and explore the story of local bushranger Frank Thomas through a series of paintings created by Di Taylor. Two new artworks created in 2018 will be unveiled at the Festival! Artist and curatorial talks throughout the day. The Bank Gallery Space will be open from noon till dust. There is no cost to attend this exhibition and no bookings are required.

Inside Out - International Artist Lupe Gallo
Earlier this year international artist Lupe Gallo worked with youth in the region to create a series of twelve panels providing a contemporary insight of the North Midlands. Come explore and experience the story! The exhibition will be showing in the back of The Exchange on Macpherson Street from noon till dusk. There is no cost to attend this exhibition and no bookings are required.

Oktoberfest @ The Harvest Festival

The Saturday night function at the Carnamah Hall and Performing Arts Centre is no longer being held as part of this years Harvest Festival. All pre-purchased tickets for the Saturday night have been refunded. All other Harvest Festival activities remain unchanged.
