FROM ORCHARD TO RAINFOREST: A MACADAMIA & GIN REGENERATIVE JOURNEY
The Brooks, the family behind Brookfarm and Cape Byron Distillery, invite you to visit their family macadamia farm and gin distillery in the spectacular Byron Hinterland. On this enlightening journey, learn how regenerative farming and rainforest restoration are at the heart of everything they do.
Join Will Brook on the deck overlooking the rainforest and orchards, where you can sip a Brookies Gin & Tonic and enjoy a Brookfarm snack, while hearing about the family story, regenerative farming, rainforest restoration and what inspired the development of Brookfarm’s premium macadamia products.
Then stroll through the rainforest, learning about the native botanicals that go into Brookie’s Gin.
Finish with a 15-minute guided Gin tasting and take home a goodie bag of Brookfarm’s favourites.
Feel free to stick around too! The distillery will be open all weekend, offering cocktails and discounts on products and merch.

FANTASTIC FUNGI FEAST
This dinner is one for mushroom lovers. For those who know the joy of a perfectly sautéed shiitake. For the curious, the seekers and the flavour chasers.
Forest Byron Bay (Crystalbrook Byron) is joining forces with SuperFeast and Shroom Bros for a one-night-only dinner exploring the quiet magic of fungi.
Think lion’s mane, cordyceps and tremella alongside freshly harvested varietals from local producers, Shroom Bros. Five courses, thoughtfully designed to bring out the texture, flavour and medicinal qualities of each mushroom.
Begin with a warm tonic on arrival. Then take your seat at the long table, surrounded by lush greenery and the soft sounds of the rainforest. Expect crisp mushroom cigars, scallops in neural nectar broth, slow-roasted beef with pressed terrine, and a tremella-laced millefeuille to finish.
Come hungry. Leave nourished.
