Enjoy this specially prepared wild food 5-course degustation lunch with wine pairing. Be inspired by Chanterelle as she shares her passion for wild edible weeds, bush foods and funghi and by Luis with his commitment to seasonal, fresh produce and innovation in the kitchen.

Watch as he demonstrates how to create simple, delicious guacamole —a fun, Instagrammable activity for all ages.
