Join the wonderful team at Potager at Carool for their signature collaboration between Head Chef Luis do Carmo and Forager, Chanterelle , as part of the Northern Rivers Food Harvest Festival.
Enjoy this specially prepared wild food 5-course degustation lunch with wine pairing. Be inspired by Chanterelle as she shares her passion for wild edible weeds, bush foods and funghi and by Luis with his commitment to seasonal, fresh produce and innovation in the kitchen.
This was a sell-out event at last year’s Festival and no doubt tickets will go fast.
